CATC 17-26/06/2025

The Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC) was conducted at Lovely Professional University (LPU) from 17th June to 26th June 2025, in which 27 cadets from the unit actively participated. The camp aimed to provide intensive training in drill, weapon handling, map reading, physical fitness, and leadership development. Cadets also took part in cultural programmes, sports events, and social awareness activities, showcasing their talent and teamwork. The camp successfully strengthened discipline, confidence, and camaraderie among the participants, reflecting the true spirit of NCC.




76th Raising Day on November 24, 2024

The 76th NCC Raising Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 24th November 2024 by the NCC unit of the institution. The programme highlighted the glorious journey and achievements of the National Cadet Corps since its inception in 1948. Cadets presented speeches, patriotic songs, and cultural performances showcasing the spirit of discipline, unity, and selfless service. The event also featured reflections on NCC’s contributions to nation-building and youth development. The celebration concluded with motivating words from the ANO, encouraging cadets to continue serving the nation with pride and dedication.

Viksit Bharat Prgramme 27/04/25

On 27th April 2025, NCC cadets actively participated in the Viksit Bharat Programme as per the directions of the Commanding Officer, 08 PB BN NCC. As part of the event, cadets showcased their creativity by designing logos representing the vision of a developed India and also attended a seminar highlighting the objectives and initiatives of Viksit Bharat. The session inspired cadets to contribute towards national growth through innovation, discipline, and social responsibility. The activity successfully promoted awareness and a sense of pride among cadets about India’s developmental goals.

Inter Group Sports Shooting Competition 06/06/25 to 15/06/25

CPL Paramjit Singh participated in the Inter Group Sports Shooting Competition held from 6th June to 15th June 2025, representing both the college and the battalion. The competition brought together skilled cadets from different groups to demonstrate their marksmanship, concentration, and discipline. Paramjit Singh exhibited excellent performance, dedication, and team spirit throughout the event, upholding the values of the NCC and bringing pride to his institution and unit. The experience further enhanced his shooting skills and competitive confidence.




Inter Battalion Sports Shooting Competition 26/05/25 to 05/06/25

CPL Paramjit Singh participated in the Inter Battalion Sports Shooting Competition held from 26th May to 5th June 2025, representing the college with great enthusiasm and dedication. The event provided a valuable opportunity to showcase shooting skills, discipline, and sportsmanship among cadets from various battalions. Paramjit Singh displayed commendable focus and precision throughout the competition, reflecting the true spirit of NCC training. The NCC Unit showcased an impressive exhibition during the Business Carnival held on 25th February 2025. The display highlighted various aspects of NCC training, including models, charts, photographs, and demonstrations reflecting discipline, leadership, and patriotism. Cadets enthusiastically explained the significance of NCC activities such as community service, disaster management, weapon training, and social awareness programmes to visitors. The exhibition attracted a large audience and was appreciated for portraying the values of unity and national pride among youth. It served as a motivating platform to inspire students to join NCC and contribute to nation-building.




Army Attachment Camp 18-29/01/2025

The Army Attachment Camp was held from 18th January to 29th January 2025, during which CPL Paramjit Singh, under the guidance of SUO Ankit Singh and ANO Lt. Gurpreet Singh, actively participated. The camp provided cadets with valuable exposure to the lifestyle, discipline, and working environment of the Indian Army. Various activities such as drill practice, weapon training, map reading, physical exercises, and lectures on leadership and motivation were conducted. The experience instilled in cadets a sense of responsibility, teamwork, and patriotism, while enhancing their physical and mental endurance. Overall, the camp was a great learning opportunity that inspired the participants to follow the ideals of dedication and service to the nation.
