The two days orientation program was organized at B.A.M. Khalsa College, Garhshankar, under the aegis of Institute for the Environment Conservation Advocacy on 15th and 16th January, 2024. On 15th January, Dr. Manbeer Kaur explained very nicely about the conservation of biodiversity with special reference to campus and adjoining flora. On 16th January, 2024 Dr. Kuldeep Kaur shared hand on expertise on cleaning domestic waste water biologically through Root Zone Technique. The main aim of action research is to aware the students and transverse the technology to community for treating and recycling waste water. Students visited the Root Zone Technology unit of the college for practical exposure and were astonished by watching the working of the unit.
