Under the visionary leadership and the able guidance of the worthy Principal, Dr. Amandeep Heera, the Chemistry Department of Babbar Akali Memorial Khalsa College, Garhshankar, successfully organized an online expert lecture on the topic “How to Write a Research Paper” on 28th March 2026 at 10:00 AM via Google Meet. The session was delivered by Ms. Sonia Sharma, Assistant Professor, Lamrin Tech Skills University, who served as the Key Speaker. The event was conducted under the guidance and the leadership of Dr. Mukesh Sharma, Head of the Chemistry Department. The lecture aimed to provide students and faculty members with a comprehensive understanding of the process of writing a high-quality research paper. Ms. Sonia Sharma elaborated on various essential aspects, including Selection of a suitable research topic, Structuring of research papers, Literature review techniques, Citation and referencing styles, Avoidance of plagiarism, Tips for publishing in reputed journals. The session was highly informative and interactive. Participants actively engaged in the discussion and clarified their queries during the Q&A session. The speaker also shared practical insights and real-world examples, which enhanced the understanding of attendees. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as faculty members of the institute.
